Your dedicated groom meets you directly at the customs exit / baggage claim area in the Arrivals hall holding a personalized name board. He assists you in loading your bags onto airport trolleys, guides you across the airport terminals (CDG Terminal 1, 2A-2G, 3 or Orly 1-4), and places them into your car (airport parking, taxi, VTC or rental car).
The service starts from €96 incl. VAT at Paris airports (flat rate for up to 4 bags), then €15 per extra bag (up to 6 bags max). This rate includes groom transfer to the airport, terminal parking ticket, heavy luggage handling, and 60 minutes of free waiting time to cover flight delays or baggage delivery wait.
We track flight arrivals in real time using your flight number. A free waiting allowance of 60 minutes is included starting from the actual landing time. Beyond this allowance, extra waiting is billed €15 per 15-minute block.
