Any booking made with Onyx Drive Paris implies unconditional acceptance of these contractual transport conditions:

• Flight Tracking: During an airport transfer with a communicated flight number, the flight is tracked in real time. In the event of an airplane delay upon landing, the driver adjusts their arrival time at no additional cost to the client.
• Complimentary Waiting Time: At airports (CDG, Orly, Beauvais), complimentary waiting time is 60 minutes from the actual landing time when the flight number is provided upon booking, and 45 minutes from the agreed pickup time if no flight number is provided. A 20-minute allowance applies at train stations and 15 minutes in the city.
• Overtime Billing: Beyond the complimentary allowance (60 or 45 minutes as per above), if the passenger is delayed at customs or baggage claim and in agreement with the driver, additional waiting time is billed at €15 incl. tax per started 15-minute period.
• Subsequent Commitment and Release: Beyond the complimentary allowance, if the driver must honor a firm, non-modifiable subsequent booking, they reserve the right to release their vehicle after notifying the client.
• No-Show: If the passenger does not show up after the applicable complimentary waiting period and remains unreachable, the service is deemed executed by the carrier based on the resources committed (travel, parking, and 1 hour of vehicle immobilization). The entirety (100%) of the booking amount remains permanently acquired by the carrier.
• Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Under 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
