Yes. Every driver holds the French professional VTC licence (carte professionnelle VTC) issued by the local authority, which requires a clean criminal record and a medical fitness-to-drive certificate. The vehicle is insured for passenger transport, and the licence can be verified on the national VTC register (registre-vtc.developpement-durable.gouv.fr).

Give us your flight number when booking and it is tracked automatically. In case of delay, your driver adjusts his arrival time without you having to call, and waiting is not charged in practice. Without a flight number, tracking isn't possible: the standard free wait is 45 min, then €30 per 30-minute period beyond that.

A surcharge only applies on high-demand dates (New Year, public holidays), always shown before you confirm. Same-day or next-day booking remains possible subject to availability, but booking early secures your slot, especially for an early-morning departure or during school holidays.

No online payment: the full fare is paid on board, at the end of the trip, cash, debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay accepted. For companies: monthly invoicing available.

Yes, free of charge if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. A card is held as a mandatory guarantee to book. Below that deadline, 50% of the fare is charged to the card on file; in case of no-show, it's 100%.
