General Terms and Conditions
Effective as of July 27, 2026
Article 1, Scope and Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") govern all contractual relationships between EasyMoveVan, an individual enterprise (SIREN 510 489 966) operating as a Private Hire Vehicle (VTC) registered in the VTC Register (REVTC) under the trade name Onyx Drive Paris, and any natural or legal person (the "Client") wishing to book passenger transport services.
Any booking implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&C. These T&C prevail over any other document from the Client. They are permanently available on the websiteonyxdriveparis.fr and communicated to the Client before any booking confirmation.
Article 2, Definitions
- Provider: EasyMoveVan, operating under the trade name Onyx Drive Paris, the VTC carrier.
- Client: Any person or entity ordering a transport service.
- Passenger: Any person transported during the service (may differ from the Client).
- Journey: Travel between a pick-up point and a destination defined during booking.
- Fixed Rate: Price communicated and guaranteed before booking confirmation, paid in full on board at the end of the journey. This price may include a night surcharge (9 PM - 6 AM) and/or a high-demand surcharge (New Year, public holidays - see Article 4), always displayed before validation, never added afterwards. Excluding tolls and potential supplements (luggage over 6 items, pets).
Article 3, Booking and Contract Formation
Bookings can be made via:
- The online form at onyxdriveparis.fr
- By phone at +33 6 02 56 56 80
- Via WhatsApp at the same number
The Client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information: precise pick-up address, destination, date, time, number of passengers, luggage count, and if applicable, flight number. Any incorrect information causing additional costs or delays is the Client's responsibility.
The contract is formed upon receipt by the Client of a confirmation email including a booking reference. No online payment is required to confirm the booking. The confirmation is sent within a maximum of 15 minutes following booking validation.
Onyx Drive Paris reserves the right to refuse any booking in case of unavailability or legitimate reasons (incomplete information, previous problematic behavior, etc.).
Article 4, Rates
The applied rates are guaranteed fixed rates, calculated based on the distance and type of journey:
- Intra-Paris journeys and Paris train stations (non-airport): minimum €60
- City → Airport transfers (CDG, Orly): minimum €110, City → Beauvais: minimum €220, City → Disneyland Paris: minimum €120
- Base mileage rate beyond these minimums: €2.49 / km
- Departure from Cormeilles-en-Parisis or a neighbouring town (Montigny-lès-Cormeilles, La Frette-sur-Seine, Herblay, Sartrouville) to Disneyland Paris: flat rate of €125, and €135 in the opposite direction (welcome fee below).
Nature of the amounts quoted. The amounts above and those displayed on the website are minimums, quoted in the form "from". The actual price of a journey is calculated on the effective road distance between the pick-up address and the destination address: it equals the higher of the two amounts between the applicable minimum and the mileage calculation. A more distant departure point therefore yields a price above the quoted minimum. The flat rate mentioned above for departures from the Cormeilles-en-Parisis area is the only exception: it is a firm price that does not vary with distance. In every case, the price displayed to the Client before confirmation of the booking is the guaranteed price, and it is that price which binds both parties.
Welcome fees. Where the pick-up takes place at a meeting point requiring the Passenger to be waited for and met, a fixed amount is added to the journey rate, not subject to the surcharges set out in this Article 4: €15 for departures from an airport (access to the Arrivals area, name board, waiting at baggage reclaim), €10 for departures from a Paris railway station and €10 for departures from Disneyland Paris. No welcome fee applies for departures from a private address.
Included in the rate: VAT and luggage assistance (up to 6 items in total, see supplement below for more). Highway tolls are not included and are charged additionally at the actual rate incurred on the journey. Airport waiting time in case of flight delay is covered in Article 6 (flight number provided and tracked in real-time).
No surcharge is applied based on traffic or weekends. However, two surcharges may apply, including simultaneously (their effects are cumulative):
- Night surcharge: +15% for any pick-up between 9 PM and 6 AM.
- High demand surcharge: New Year (December 31 - January 1, +50%), Christmas (December 24-25, +30%), and other French legal holidays (May 1, May 8, Ascension, Whit Monday, July 14, August 15, All Saints' Day, November 11, Easter Monday, +10%).
These surcharges apply above the guaranteed minimum rate listed above, never below, and are systematically displayed in the price communicated before confirmation - never added after the fact.
Discount codes. A discount code entitles the holder to a reduction only within the limits specific to that code, checked at the time of booking: period of validity, total number of uses, geographical pick-up area and eligible destination categories. A code issued as part of a local campaign may only be used for a journey whose departure address is genuinely within the area concerned. Discounts cannot be combined with one another, nor with a journey already benefiting from a negotiated flat rate: in such a case the benefit most favourable to the Client applies, to the exclusion of the others. A code may be deactivated at any time for the future; such deactivation has no effect on bookings already confirmed.
Luggage supplement: For any checked luggage beyond 6 items in total, a flat fee of €20 incl. tax is automatically added to the rate. This supplement is displayed and accepted by the Client during booking.
7th Passenger Supplement: The standard rate covers 1 to 6 passengers. When 7 passengers travel together in the Mercedes EQV luxury van, a transparent flat surcharge of €10 incl. tax applies. This allows a group of 7 to travel together in a single premium vehicle, saving over €100 compared to booking two separate taxis or Ubers.
Pet supplement: A flat fee of €15 incl. tax applies for any pet transported (see Article 10), displayed and accepted by the Client during booking.
Rates are displayed and confirmed before any finalization of the booking. The communicated rate is final and guaranteed, except for journey modifications requested by the Client during the service, which will be subject to verbal agreement and additional billing.
Article 5, Payment Terms and Mandatory Card Pre-authorization
The Client can choose between two payment methods when booking:
- Option 1 · Direct online payment: The Client pays the full fare online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express via our certified PCI-DSS provider Stripe).
- Option 2 · Payment on board: The Client pays upon arrival directly to the driver by credit card, American Express, or cash (or by bank transfer within 30 days for corporate B2B accounts).
Mandatory credit card pre-authorization (€0 charged at booking): For all bookings with on-board payment (by card or in cash), a valid credit card pre-authorization (via Stripe) is strictly required to confirm the slot and guarantee the ride. No amount is charged at the time of booking. This guarantee may only be charged under the conditions set out in Article 6 (no-show or late cancellation) or in the event of an unrectified payment dispute on board.
For security reasons, the pre-authorization is not released immediately at the end of the trip: it is securely held for up to 72 hours after the end of the ride, then automatically detached.
Professionnels (B2B): In case of late payment, a penalty equal to three times the legal interest rate will be applied (Art. L441-10 of the French Commercial Code), as well as a flat-rate recovery indemnity of €40 (Art. D441-5 of the French Commercial Code).
Article 6, Cancellation and Modification by the Client
Cancellation is free and without charge when made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. It can be done directly online from the booking management link sent by email, or by direct contact.
Free cancellation until 24 hours before departure; 48 hours for journeys starting or ending outside Île-de-France.
Within this 24-hour timeframe, or in the event of a Client no-show without cancellation, the driver has already been mobilized or has refused other rides for this time slot: Onyx Drive Paris will charge the credit card held as a guarantee (Article 5):
- 50% of the communicated rate during booking, for cancellations less than 24 hours before departure;
- 100% of the communicated rate during booking, in case of a no-show.
This charge is made after Onyx Drive Paris notes the late cancellation or no-show.
A complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes is granted at the pick-up address in the city; 15 minutes for a departure from a train station. For an airport pick-up, complimentary waiting time is 60 minutes starting from the actual landing time when the flight number has been provided during booking (allowing real-time tracking), and 45 minutes starting from the agreed pick-up time in the absence of a flight number. Beyond this franchise, additional waiting time is charged at €15 incl. tax per started 15-minute block. After a reasonable delay, in the event of a Client / Passenger no-show without news, Onyx Drive Paris reserves the right to consider the ride canceled and to charge the actual travel expenses incurred.
Any modification of the route, time, or location is possible subject to the driver's availability and at least 24 hours before departure. Within this timeframe, Onyx Drive Paris cannot guarantee the possibility of making the requested modifications.
To cancel or modify a booking: send an email to contact@onyxdriveparis.fr or via WhatsApp at +33 6 02 56 56 80 indicating the booking reference.
Article 7, Cancellation by Onyx Drive Paris
Onyx Drive Paris reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of:
- Force majeure (dangerous weather conditions, natural disaster, etc.)
- Unforeseen accident or mechanical breakdown of the vehicle
- Illness or medical emergency of the driver
- Incorrect or incomplete booking information
In these cases, the Client is notified as soon as possible and has nothing to pay, as no upfront payment was requested. Onyx Drive Paris will endeavor to propose an alternative solution or a replacement driver.
Article 8, Absence of Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport service contracts. The booking is firm and final upon confirmation, subject to the cancellation conditions stipulated in Article 6.
The Client acknowledges having been informed of this exception prior to concluding the contract.
Article 9, Carrier's Obligations

- Comply with traffic laws, VTC regulations, and professional card requirements

Article 10, Client/Passenger Obligations and Behavior

- Do not transport dangerous, illicit, or infectious materials
- Respect the vehicle, its equipment, and its maintenance

Any behavior endangering safety (verbal or physical aggression towards the driver, attempts to damage the vehicle) authorizes the driver to interrupt the journey without refund. Any damage caused to the vehicle will be billed at the actual cost of repair, upon presentation of a quote or invoice.
The transport of animals is authorized only in a suitable carrier (cage, crate) and must be reported at the time of booking, subject to a flat fee of €15 incl. tax (vehicle cleaning / seat protection). Failure to provide prior notification may result in the driver refusing boarding.
Article 11, Luggage
The provided vehicle (Mercedes EQV 300) offers a trunk volume suitable for standard use (up to 6 normal-sized bags). Beyond 6 bags, a €20 supplement is applied (see Article 4). Onyx Drive Paris declines all responsibility for the loss, theft, or deterioration of undeclared valuable items left in the vehicle.
Article 12, Insurance and Liability
Onyx Drive Paris holds Professional Civil Liability insurance subscribed with MFA (Mutuelle Fraternelle d'Assurances) for passenger transport for hire or reward (VTC), in accordance with Articles L3122-3 and following of the French Transport Code. This contract covers bodily injury caused to third parties and passengers without limitation of sum (unlimited), property damage up to 100 million euros, and Professional Civil Liability up to 458,000 euros.
Onyx Drive Paris cannot be held liable in the event of:
- Force majeure (within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code)
- Delays due to unforeseeable traffic conditions (accidents, demonstrations, etc.)
- Fault or negligence of the Client / Passenger
- Incorrect information provided during booking
Under no circumstances will Onyx Drive Paris be liable for the consequences of a delay on a flight, train, or other connection. The Client is advised to allow sufficient margin.
Article 13, Force Majeure
Neither party can be held responsible for the non-performance of its obligations in the event of a force majeure occurrence within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code (an unforeseeable, irresistible, and external event). The affected party must notify the other as soon as possible. If the force majeure lasts more than 48 hours, either party may terminate the contract by right, without compensation.
Article 14, Complaints and Mediation
Any complaint must be sent by email to contact@onyxdriveparis.fr within 7 days following the service, specifying the booking reference and the nature of the dispute. A response will be provided within 48 business hours.
Consumer Mediation: In accordance with Articles L612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, the consumer Client may have free recourse, in the event of an unresolved dispute, to the mediation service:
Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice (CM2C)

Website: www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php
The European Commission also provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Article 15, Protection of Personal Data
Data collected during booking is processed in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy. The Client has a right to access, rectify, delete, and oppose by contacting contact@onyxdriveparis.fr.
Article 16, Loyalty and Referral Program
Onyx Drive Paris offers, as an optional commercial gesture, a loyalty and referral program ("Club Onyx Privilège", available at onyxdriveparis.fr/fidelite). This program is not an essential part of the transport contract and requires no financial consideration from the Client to participate.
How it works: a completed ride credits 1 loyalty point. Once 10 points are accumulated, a 50% discount code for a future transfer is generated automatically, valid for 1 year from its generation. Each client has a personal referral link; the first ride completed by a referee through that link grants the referee an immediate discount (5 to 10% depending on the referrer's tier) and credits bonus points to the referrer. The ambassador tier (Onyx Initié, Onyx Pilier, Onyx Legend) depends on the cumulative number of successful referrals and determines the applicable points and discount scale.
Non-contractual scale: the points scale, tier thresholds and discount rates described above and on the dedicated page are indicative and may be changed at any time by Onyx Drive Paris, without notice, for future points and referrals - such a change never affects a discount code already generated and not yet expired.
Non-cumulative: a discount code from the loyalty or referral program cannot be combined with another promotional code or ongoing offer. If several codes could apply to the same booking, only the most favorable one is applied.
Anti-fraud: self-referral (referring one's own number, or a number the Client controls, in order to fraudulently accumulate points) is strictly prohibited and technically blocked. Onyx Drive Paris reserves the right to suspend access to the program and to cancel points, tiers or discount codes obtained through fraudulent or abusive means (multiple accounts, fake referrals, etc.), without notice or compensation.
Non-transferability: points, ambassador status and discount codes generated are personal to the Client, non-transferable to a third party, non-assignable, and may never be refunded or converted into cash.
Onyx Drive Paris may suspend or end the program at any time. Discount codes already issued and not yet expired remain usable until their expiry date, except in the case of fraud as described above.
Article 17, Applicable Law, Mediation and Competent Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Consumer Clients (B2C): In the event of a dispute relating to the formation, interpretation, or performance of the contract, consumer clients may resort free of charge to the consumer mediation procedure (Article 16 hereof). Failing an amicable settlement, disputes shall be brought before the competent French courts in accordance with the rules of the French Code of Civil Procedure and Consumer Code.
Business Clients (B2B): For any Client acting within the scope of their professional activity, any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation, or performance of these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered office (Tribunal de Commerce de Pontoise), notwithstanding plurality of defendants or third-party appeals.
