Your dedicated porter meets you directly at the door of your TGV train carriage, at the head or rear of the train (even on 400-meter-long platforms), holding a personalized name sign. He loads your luggage (up to 6 items) onto a heavy-duty trolley, guides you hands-free through the station, and places your bags securely into the boot of your car (underground parking Indigo/EFFIA, drop-off area, taxi or rental car).
The service starts at €60 incl. VAT at Paris train stations (flat rate for up to 4 bags), then €15 per extra bag (up to 6 bags max). This rate includes the porter's transfer, station underground parking ticket, professional trolley, heavy lifting, and free waiting time in case of train delay.
Free waiting time of 15 minutes is included at the station when you provide your train number: we track train arrivals in real time and your porter synchronizes with your actual arrival with zero extra fee. Beyond this free allowance, extra waiting is billed €15 per 15-minute block.
Yes! If you prefer to be driven directly to your hotel, office, or residence in Paris rather than using your own car, simply book a private VTC transfer. The meet-and-greet at the platform and luggage handling are 100% included in the ride price.
